  • Ice To Food Ratio:
  • Please reserve at least a 1:1 ice to food ratio, better 3:2 in the soft cooler, and stagger your ice to chilling everything.
  • How to Clean Soft Cooler:
  • Please clean with soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not use any chemical cleaner. In particular, it may smell a little bit when first time received. This is normal and it will disappear after washing and standing for a period of time.
  • Storage:
